01 Pre-Construction
This stage includes all preliminary work required before physical construction begins. We will carry out site surveying,establish boundary markers, and complete set-out and profiling.
Engineering approvals and consents will be coordinated, ensuring compliance with CCC regulations.
Materials will be procured, and scheduling will be finalised to ensure smooth project execution
02 Foundation
MRR Site preparation includes excavation, ground leveling, and drainage installation. Foundation works involve constructing concrete piles, footings, and bearers, along with the application of a damp proof membrane for moisture control.
The ground floor structure will be completed with 90mm PLT flooring and 50mm XPS rigid insulation to enhance energy efficiency.
03 Structure
The building’s framework will be erected, including wall framing, structural steel installation, and first-floor framing. Roof framing will be constructed, followed by the installation of PIR roofing for insulation and weather protection.
Any designated storage areas under the roof will be completed at this stage.
04 Lock-up
This phase involves sealing the building envelope to protect it from external elements. External insulation will be installed along with building wrap, flashing tapes, and a cavity system for moisture control. External joinery, including aluminum and uPVC windows and doors, will be fitted. Exterior cladding, including weatherboards, soffits, and quick batten tray cladding, will be installed. The veranda construction will also be completed.
05 Fixing
All interior finishes and fixtures will be installed. This includes internal ceiling linings, wall linings, trims, and skirting.
Plastering and painting will be carried out to provide a high-quality finish.
Internal joinery, kitchen cabinetry, staircases, and balustrades will be fitted. Flooring,including carpet, timber & tiling, will be installed. Full electrical and plumbing fit-out, including the installation of fixtures and fittings,will be completed.
06 Completion
Final inspections, detailing, and finishing touches will be carried out to ensure quality standards are met.Glass balustrades and showers will be installed. A thorough site clean-up will be conducted, followed by final Code of Compliance inspection.Upon successful inspection, the home will be handed over, ensuring all aspects meet client expectations.
